MANA DIET SEVEN DAYS MENU PLAN
Do this before breakfast for each of the seven days:
Fifteen minutes before you are ready to eat breakfast, squeeze the juice of a lemon in a medium glass of hot green tea and drink it with a pinch of
cayenne pepper, ginger, and organic Hawaiian turmeric.
BREAKFAST
Have 8 ounces of orange or grapefruit juice. You can drink more if you desire, but be sure to consume at least eight ounces of fresh fruits. You may
eat more, but be sure you eat at least one half pound of acid fruit (no bananas or avocados). Drink green tea or herb tea.
BETWEEN BREAKFAST AND LUNCH
You should drink all the fruit and vegetable juice you can hold. Also, eat fresh raw vegetables and fruit. The more live food you put down, the more
thorough the cleansing will be. Use fresh juices only. The canned variety is cooked and of little value to us. The same goes for concentrate and
pasteurized juices. Enjoy Mana Diet Soup/Drink. For flavor variety use our herbs and spice combinations. Drink a lot of this broth. It is full of
minerals, vitamins, enzymes, and thousands of Nature's undiscovered little helpful secrets.
LUNCH FOR THE SEVEN DAYS
Protein: Every one of us needs at least 25 grams (1 ounce) of protein a day. On the Mana Diet, you can have your protein meal for breakfast, lunch,
or dinner. The Ono Mana Diet offers many recipes made with Veggie Fillet, a garden pea protein. Whenever you eat your protein meal, try to have 25
grams (one ounce) of protein; No more, no less.
Vegetable broth: Consume two cups during the meal.
Salad: Make a chopped salad of fresh vegetables; try not to use lettuce. Enjoy a dressing made of olive oil, lemon juice, and ocean salt. Eat at 1 cup
of salad, more if you desire. Use four of the vegetables listed below.
Dessert: fresh fruit
