MANA DIET SEVEN DAYS PLAN
BETWEEN LUNCH AND DINNER
Drink all the fruit and vegetable juices you desire. Eat all the fresh fruit and vegetables you want. Fill up! It’s medicine for you.
Remember: The purge comes from the vitamins, enzymes, and minerals in the food so be sure and eat a great deal.
DINNER FOR EACH OF THE SEVEN DAYS
Vegetable broth: Drink two cups during the meal, more if you desire, and consume a dish of your choice of braised vegetables,
vegetable casserole, or vegetable stir fry. Select a recipe from the Mana Diet Book and cook it with macadamia nut oil or any other
fruit tree oil. Eat a generous helping. (No starch, no potatoes, no rice, no pasta, no beans!!!)
Dessert: fresh fruit salad. Finish with green or herb tea.
If you desire, after dinner you may eat fresh fruits and drink fruit or vegetable juice: all you want.
PROTEIN
We do not claim meat and dairy products are not good for you, as nature makes them. Unfortunately they have been poisoned with
hormones, antibiotics, and other injections we do not know about. Organic free range is okay, but expensive.
We recommend alternative protein and Veggie Fillet (garden pea protein). It has more protein than meat, and has other health
promoting benefits as well. It is essential to have at least 25 grams of protein daily. With its very low calorie count, Veggie Fillet is
ideal for a weight reduction program.
PERMITTED FRUITS
Apple, Apricots, Berries, Cantaloupe, Cherries, Grapefruit, Grapes Sour, Kiwi, Lemon, Orange, Peach, Pear, Pineapple, Plum, Rhubarb,
Strawberries.
PERMITTED VEGETABLES
All Green Vegetables, Artichokes, Asparagus, Bean Threads, Beets, Bell pepper, Broccoli, Brussels Sprouts, Cabbage, Carrots,
Cauliflower, Celery, Cucumbers, Dandelion, Egg Plants, Endive, Green Beans, Green Peas fresh, Kale, Kohlrabi, Lettuce, Lotus, Okra,
Onions, Parsley, Radishes, Salsify, Spinach, Swiss Chard, Tomatoes, Turnips, Zucchini.
You may enjoy pasta, but don’t forget to sprinkle on 15 grams (1 teaspoon) of oat bran fiber. Oat bran fiber reduces the Glycemic
Index of the food you consume to a level comparable to acid fruits. In my body, pasta eaten without Mana Fiber increased my blood
sugar by 67 mg/dl; with Mana Fiber my blood sugar rose by 22 mg/dl only.
